Xuan is a very dedicated parent volunteer in helping Acton to grow as a culturally diverse community

To The Beacon.

I would like for voters to consider the candidacy of Xuan Kong who is running for re-election as a member of the school committee I have known Xuan for five years, from my experience as a parent volunteer at Gates School, where our children attend. Xuan has always found the time to be a very dedicated parent volunteer, while at the same time balancing the school committee responsibilities, maintaining a career, taking care of two generations of family members and helping Acton to grow as a culturally diverse community. He is never at a loss for words, but at the same time carefully considers each and every situation to be unique and worthy of deep thought and analysis. Xuan brings the school committee several different perspectives, which should not be ignored. A review of his attendance and voting record while a member of the school committee would disclose his continued dedication and hard work. I have always enjoyed working alongside of Xuan as I am certain school committee members feel the same way. If you have questions, just pick up the telephone, or email xuan as I know him to always welcome the opportunity to interact with the voters. Thank you for considering the candidacy of Xuan Kong.
